Standard Terms and Conditions of Use
- All terms and conditions of this Agreement are applicable to all passwords issued under this Agreement.
- Customer shall be entitled to receive one (1) password to the Resource Bank. This password is for educational use only and may only be passed to teachers and students within the educational establishment where the password was issued.
- Customer agrees to assume sole responsibility for compliance with the Agreement and for maintaining the security respecting the passwords issued.
- Usernames and passwords should not be displayed publicly on the customer's website (school/private) or in any other publicly accessible document. If you wish to provide access to the usernames and passwords on your website, please do so in a secure section of the site which is password-protected and only accessible to your staff and students.
- Authentik reserves the right to add or withdraw content and modify or otherwise change the Resource Bank as necessary.
- The Authentik Resource Banks are interactive resources to be used online. The issuing of a password does not give rights to duplicate material either in digital or hardcopy format. Downloading and photocopying of material is forbidden.
- In any event where the Customer allows others to use the password the customer assumes sole responsibility to ensure that all provisions of this Agreement are agreed upon and complied with by such others.
- In the event of loss or theft of a password, it is the Customer's responsibility to notify Authentik.
- In the event that Authentik believes a user name and password is being abused in any way, Authentik reserves the right to terminate that username and password.
